These are the basic rules to keep KOKO JOBS safe and trustworthy. Please read before posting.
重要： KOKO JOBS は情報掲載の場を提供します。雇用・契約・取引は投稿者と利用者の責任で行ってください。
Important: KOKO JOBS provides a listing platform. Employment, contracts, and transactions are the responsibility of the poster and the user.
州・準州で規制が異なる場合があります（住まい・雇用・成人向けサービス等）。必要に応じて各公的機関の情報をご確認ください。
Rules may differ by state/territory (housing, employment, adult services, etc.). Please check official sources when needed.

1. 目的 / Purpose

本ガイドラインは、虚偽・詐欺・ハラスメント等を防ぎ、安心して利用できる環境を維持するためのものです。
These guidelines help prevent fraud, misinformation, and harassment, and keep the platform safe for everyone.

2. 基本ルール / General Rules

  • 正確に：金額・条件・場所・連絡先は誤解のないように記載してください。
    Be accurate: Clearly state price, terms, location, and contact details.
  • 誠実に：相手を騙す、脅す、過度に煽る表現は禁止です。
    Be honest: No deception, threats, or aggressive manipulation.
  • 合法に：連邦・州・準州の法令、本ガイドラインを遵守してください。
    Be lawful: Comply with federal and state/territory laws and these guidelines.
  • 安全に：危険行為の助長や、個人情報の過剰な公開は避けてください。
    Be safe: Avoid promoting unsafe acts and oversharing personal information.

3. 禁止コンテンツ / Prohibited Content

以下に該当する投稿は掲載できません（例示であり、これに限りません）。
The following content is not allowed (examples, not exhaustive).
  • 詐欺・虚偽・誤認：架空条件、釣り投稿、誇大広告、なりすまし。
    Fraud/misleading: fake terms, bait posts, exaggeration, impersonation.
  • 違法な商品/サービス：薬物、違法物品、違法行為の斡旋等。
    Illegal goods/services: drugs, unlawful items, facilitation of illegal acts.
  • 差別・ヘイト・嫌がらせ：人種/国籍/性別等に基づく差別、脅迫、ストーカー。
    Discrimination/harassment: hate speech, threats, stalking, targeted abuse.
  • 露骨な性的表現・ポルノ：未成年に関わる内容は厳格に禁止。
    Explicit sexual content: pornography; any content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
  • 権利侵害：著作権・商標権侵害、無断転載、偽ブランド。
    IP infringement: copyright/trademark violations, unauthorized reposts, counterfeits.
  • 個人情報の暴露：同意のない住所/電話/身分証/顔写真等の晒し。
    Doxxing: sharing personal info without consent (address, phone, IDs, etc.).
  • スパム：連投、無差別宣伝、外部誘導のみを目的とする投稿。
    Spam: repetitive posts, mass advertising, link-only redirection.

4. カテゴリ別ルール / Category Rules

4.1 求人 / Job Listings
  • 仕事内容、勤務条件、報酬、勤務地、雇用形態を明確に。
    Clearly state duties, conditions, pay, location, and employment type.
  • 最低基準を下回る賃金の提示、危険条件の隠蔽、曖昧な募集は禁止。
    No illegal pay rates, hidden unsafe conditions, or vague bait ads.
  • 差別的な募集条件は禁止。
    No discriminatory requirements.
  • ビザ詐欺・違法就労の斡旋、根拠のない断定表現は禁止。
    No visa scams, unlawful work facilitation, or unfounded guarantees.
4.2 住まい / Housing & Sharehouse
  • 家賃・ボンド・期間・条件・追加費用を明確に。
    Clearly state rent, bond, term, conditions, and extra costs.
  • 違法な又貸し、権限のない掲載は禁止。
    No illegal subletting or unauthorised listings.
  • 差別的な入居条件は禁止。
    No discriminatory housing requirements.
  • 前払い強要や虚偽の写真・住所など、詐欺疑いの内容は禁止。
    No upfront-payment pressure or misleading photos/locations.
4.3 マーケット / Marketplace
  • 合法な商品のみ。状態・欠陥・価格・受け渡し方法を正確に。
    Legal goods only. Accurately describe condition, defects, price, and handover.
  • 偽ブランド、危険物、違法物品は禁止。
    No counterfeits, dangerous items, or illegal goods.
4.4 サービス / Services
  • 提供内容・料金・範囲・キャンセル条件を明確に。
    Clearly state service scope, fees, and cancellation terms.
  • 資格・免許が必要な業種は、有効な登録/ライセンスが前提。
    Regulated services must hold valid licences/registrations.
  • 医療/法律/金融などは、根拠のない断定・誤認表示を避ける。
    Avoid unfounded claims, especially for medical/legal/financial matters.
4.5 掲示板 / Community Forum
  • 個人攻撃・晒し・差別・脅迫は禁止。
    No personal attacks, doxxing, discrimination, or threats.
  • 同意のない個人情報の投稿は禁止。
    Do not post personal info without consent.
  • 荒らし・スパム・迷惑行為は禁止。
    No trolling, spam, or disruptive behavior.

5. 法令遵守の考え方 / Australian Law (High-level)

ここでは「何を守ればトラブルになりにくいか」を分かりやすく整理しています（法的助言ではありません）。
This section is a practical overview to reduce disputes (not legal advice).
  • 誤認表示の禁止（広告・募集・販売）：価格・条件・性能等は根拠をもって正確に。
    No misleading claims (ads/listings): prices and claims must be accurate and supportable.
  • 求人広告の注意：最低基準を下回る賃金の広告は禁じられる場合があります。
    Job ad rules: ads must not advertise pay below minimum entitlements.
  • 反差別：雇用・サービス等で、保護属性に基づく不当な差別は違法となり得ます。
    Anti-discrimination: unlawful discrimination may apply in employment and services.
  • プライバシー/個人情報：個人情報は必要最小限に。第三者の情報は同意なく掲載しない。
    Privacy: minimise personal data; do not share others’ info without consent.
  • 安全配慮：危険な作業や違法行為を助長する投稿は掲載できません。
    Safety: no content promoting unsafe or unlawful activities.

6. 通報・対応 / Reporting & Enforcement

問題のある投稿を見つけた場合は、該当ページ情報（URL・スクリーンショット等）を添えてご連絡ください。
If you find problematic content, contact us with the URL and/or screenshots.
運営の対応 / Our actions may include
  • 投稿の修正依頼 / Request edits
  • 一時的な非表示・削除 / Temporarily hide or remove
  • アカウント制限・停止 / Restrict or suspend accounts
  • 悪質な場合、関係機関への連携を含む対応 / If severe, may cooperate with relevant authorities
