1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to all users of KOKO JOBS (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. KOKO JOBS provides a multi-category service including Job Listings, Marketplace posts, and Housing/Share Accommodation listings across Australia.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, security threats, or violations of this Agreement.
3. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they post, including job listings, market items, and housing information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.
Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal, deceptive, or misleading information
- Content violating copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights
- Violent, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
- Spam, fraud, or harmful activities
4. Accuracy of Information
The Platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content. Users must independently confirm details before entering employment, transactions, or housing agreements.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Violation of Australian law (e.g., ACL, Fair Work Act, Privacy Act 1988)
- Posting deceptive or illegal job opportunities
- Impersonation or identity fraud
- Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering the Platform
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other users
6. Paid Services
Premium listings and advertising options may require payment. Fees are displayed clearly before purchase. Once a listing is activated, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions. Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.
8. Intervention in Serious Cases Only
The Platform may intervene only in cases of fraud, threats, illegal activity, or safety concerns.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia).
