1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to all users of KOKO JOBS (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. KOKO JOBS provides a multi-category service including Job Listings, Marketplace posts, and Housing/Share Accommodation listings across Australia.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、KOKO JOBS（以下「当サービス」）を利用する全てのユーザーに適用されます。当サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。当サービスは「求人」「マーケット」「不動産・シェアハウス」を取り扱う、オーストラリア全土向けのプラットフォームです。

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, security threats, or violations of this Agreement.

ユーザーは正確かつ最新の情報を登録する義務があります。ログイン情報の管理はユーザー本人の責任となります。不正行為や規約違反が確認された場合、アカウントは停止または削除される可能性があります。

3. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they post, including job listings, market items, and housing information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.

Prohibited content includes:

Illegal, deceptive, or misleading information
Content violating copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights
Violent, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
Spam, fraud, or harmful activities

投稿内容の責任はすべて投稿者本人にあります。禁止事項の例：・法律違反、虚偽・誤解を招く情報・著作権侵害・差別、暴力、ハラスメント・スパム行為、詐欺行為必要と判断した場合、当運営は投稿の非公開・削除を行う権利を有します。

4. Accuracy of Information

The Platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content. Users must independently confirm details before entering employment, transactions, or housing agreements.

当サービスは投稿内容の真偽を保証しません。求人応募・売買・賃貸契約などは、必ずユーザー自身が確認し判断してください。重大な安全性の問題・詐欺行為が報告された場合、当運営は調査またはアカウント停止を行う場合があります。

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of Australian law (e.g., ACL, Fair Work Act, Privacy Act 1988)
Posting deceptive or illegal job opportunities
Impersonation or identity fraud
Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering the Platform
Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other users

6. Paid Services

Premium listings and advertising options may require payment. Fees are displayed clearly before purchase. Once a listing is activated, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

有料オプション（広告・上位掲載など）は購入前に料金が明示されます。掲載開始後の返金は原則不可ですが、オーストラリア消費者法に従い必要な場合は対応します。

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions. Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

当サービスはユーザー間のトラブル・金銭的損失・損害について責任を負いません。利用はユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。

8. Intervention in Serious Cases Only

The Platform may intervene only in cases of fraud, threats, illegal activity, or safety concerns.

詐欺・脅迫・違法行為・安全性リスクなど重大な場合に限り、運営が介入することがあります。

9. Privacy & Data Handling

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia).

個人情報はプライバシーポリシーおよび Privacy Act 1988 に基づき、安全に取り扱われます。
